About Jean-Claude GRAS

I am Jean-Claude Gras, real estate advisor at eXp France. Originally from Saône-et-Loire, I support my clients in their real estate projects with a human, simple and pragmatic approach. I work mainly in Burgundy to help sellers and buyers achieve their projects under the best conditions. Before real estate, I worked for several years in industry at Kodak. This experience taught me rigor, a sense of service and the importance of human relationships, values that I apply every day in my profession today. Today, I work within eXp France, an innovative international real estate network that allows me to offer my clients modern tools and very wide distribution of their properties. I am also an eXp France Ambassador, a role that allows me to support and assist other real estate professionals in their development. Passionate about nature and mountains, I particularly enjoy skiing, hiking, trail running and windsurfing. Activities that reflect my mindset well: perseverance, freedom and a taste for challenge. Attached to my territory, I place great importance on trust and proximity with my clients to turn every real estate project into a success.
